The Chennai based Vasavi Housing & Infrastructure Limited is launching its mega project VasaviIngai which offers budget apartments. The project is located at Poonamallee over an area of 6.5 acres. There are totally 412 units in which will be a mix of 2 BHK and 3 BHK and normal 2BHK. The size of the units will range between 552 sq.ft. to 1,487sq. ft. There is a launch offer of Rs. 3199 per sq.ft. and no pre-EMI for 2 years.
